>To brag about or be pretentious by one’s own accomplishments.
>To draw attention to one’s self.

Example

>We’ve had a very successful year, and I think we have a right to toot our own horn a little.
>If you want to succeed at this firm, you need to actively seek out projects as well as toot your own horn.
