Well, in previous “Scribe of wisdom” we discussed about coprolalia, which is a medical condtion due to which the patient got an urge to use obscene words / phrases. It’s very clearly mentioned that, we shall not assign this word to someone who use cusswords as they want to use it. Interestingly, many people checked with me – whether we have another term, to address such people?
Well – there is one word , Lalochezia – which is use of vulgar or foul language to relieve stress or pain. It is the emotional relief that a person may feel after cursing. It is derived from two Greek words Viz – Lalia (speech) + Chezo (to relieve oneself).
Example
>Lalochezia in places of worship is frowned upon.
>When the rock hit his feet, he got an immediate rush of lalochezia which was controlled with much effort.
