Discursive

If people accuse you of rambling from topic to topic in your speech or writing, they may say you have a discursive style — with changes in subject that are hard to follow.

>Tending to depart from main point or cover a wide range of subjects
>Digressing from subject to subject

Example
As the lecturer wandered from topic to topic, we wondered what if any point there was to his discursive remarks.

I had not got far into it, when I judged from her looks that she was thinking in a discursive way of me, rather than of what I said.
